How to take 3 x Vitacrecil complex forte (hair and nails)?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with meals, for a minimum of 3 months.

L-cystine, iron (ferrous sulfate), zinc (zinc sulfate), bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and talc), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), biotin (D-biotin), capsule: gelatin, dyes E-171, E-172 and E-131).

For 2 capsules: L-cystine (1 g), Iron (14 mg), Zinc (10 mg), Pantothenic acid (6 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Biotin (50 mcg).
